Establishing New Service:

New Construction:

  • For Single Family Residence, Bradys Run Sanitary Authority requires the completion of a Sanitary Sewer Tap/Service Agreement. Instructions to complete the forms are included, please follow them as directed. If the application is not filled out properly, it will be returned from the Recorder of Deeds office. See Link Below
  • Tap in Fee per EDU for a Single Family Residence is $5,500.00. For Multi-Family and Commercial accounts, please contact the Authority.
  • At this time, the only grinder pump that is authorized for use with our system is the Environmental One (EOne) grinder pump. We have reviewed the specifications of other manufacturers and they do not meet our requirements. For those customers who were provided with an Authority funded and maintained unit, we have entered into a long term maintenance agreement with Trombold Equipment, Co. in Mars, PA. If you should have any problems with the unit, you can reach them at (724) 625-5260 for 24/7 service. Customers who have purchased and maintain their own grinder pumps are responsible for the upkeep of those units. If it is not an EOne pump and needs to be replaced, the new pump will need to meet Authority requirements.
  • New Account Applications can be completed in the Administration Office or downloaded from our website. If downloaded from the website, complete the form and e-mail, fax, or mail to the Administration Office.
  • If the residence is on public water, sign up is also required at Beaver Falls Municipal Authority – 1425 8th Ave; Beaver Falls, PA 15010. Their phone number is (724) 846-2400.
